The website collects only personal data via e-mail address or telephone contact necessary for
marketing and services/offer of the company’s own.
As well as the collected data help in establishing and maintaining business contacts,
improving the quality of products and services offered by the company,
ensuring protection
property, security, possible pursuit of claims or defense against claims.
The website does not automatically collect any information, except for basic information contained in cookies, such as personal data in IP number or local settings (current language) of the website.

Each person whose data is processed by Varesco Poland has the right to access and information whether and to what extent to the extent her data is subject to processing by the administrator, as well as rectification and correction of data or objection to processing personal data in a certain way. The person may also request the deletion of the processed data or submit a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uodo.gov.pl).
The administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy.
In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
